Leadership Team

Mr. Kin Cho LI, age 45, has approximately 15 years of experience in the overseas studies consultancy service industry. Mr. Li joined Rise Smart Hong Kong in 2014 as a director and in 2015 as a shareholder. He was appointed as our Chief Executive Officer and Chairman on November 21, 2023. Mr. Li is primarily responsible for the overall management, formulation of business strategies and day-to-day management of our operations. Mr. Li obtained a bachelor of computer engineering from the City University of Hong Kong in November 2001. From July 2008 to December 2012, he was a branch manager of Global Education Network in Hong Kong. Mr. Li is a qualified education agent counsellor under the ICEF Academy and a certified agent of the British Council.

Mr. Ka Nung WU, age 48, has over 20 years of experience in auditing and accounting. He joined Rise Smart Hong Kong as Chief Financial Officer in December 2022. Previously, he served in a variety of auditing roles including at F.S. Li & Company, CPA Limited; George Yau & Ho, CPA; Y.W.Ip & Co., CPA; and LKKC C.P.A. Limited. He also held finance roles at Timex Corporate Consulting Limited, JP Housing Company Limited, and was executive director and company secretary at Winsea International Limited. Mr. Wu holds an honors diploma in accounting from Hong Kong Shue Yan University.

Mr. Wang Wai CHEN, age 49, will serve as a director immediately upon the closing of this offering. He has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, having worked in roles including accountant at Fiducia Ltd., finance manager at Fook Woo Assorted Paper Limited, and corporate finance manager at Timex Corporate Consulting Limited. He has also been a lecturer at Hong Kong Shue Yan University and currently serves as operations and finance director at Eminent Education Company Limited/Wai Hung Education Company Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Wollongong and a Master of Funds Management from the University of New South Wales. He is a CPA in both Australia and Hong Kong.

Mr. King Fui LEE, age 46, will serve as a director upon the closing of this offering. He has over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance. Mr. Lee served as senior manager at KPMG and held CFO positions at Aujet Industry, Legend Oilfield Services, Tiantian Media, and Enersoon Technology. He is founder and director of Visionwide Consultancy Limited, providing company secretarial and corporate finance advisory services. He has served as an independent director for several HKEx-listed companies. Mr. Lee holds a master’s in accountancy from Hong Kong Polytechnic University and is a fellow member of HKICPA, ACCA, and a chartered accountant under the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

Ms. San Man LENG, age 47, will serve as a director upon the closing of this offering. She has over 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and international tax planning, with specialization in U.S. taxation. Ms. Leng worked in various U.S. firms including Jim C. Accountancy Corporation and Zdonek & Wolowicz Accountancy. She later worked at Galaxy Entertainment Group, AzureTax Limited, and Lusk & Moore Group. Since 2014, she has been U.S. tax partner at East Asia Sentinel Group and has served as a board member for BKR Asia Pacific. She is an independent director at Globavend Holdings (Nasdaq: GVH). Ms. Leng earned her BA in Business Economics from USC and is a CPA under the California Board of Accountancy.
